- Involvement with over 100 artists, exhibiting, performing and curating at the festival.
- Management of over 10 festival exhibition and event spaces.
- Festival admin., including management of listings and website.
- Production and print management of 10,000 festival guides.
- Liaising with Studio Upstairs, Bristol and Art + Power, Bristol as part of project Open House.
- Production of short film showcase event.
- Liaising with local authority and festival partners, and festival sponsors.
- Management of the festival committee organizing and running the '05 event.
